WebsiteGarden.com is a software platform built by Amerisoft Inc. of Irving, Texas, for managing and monitoring websites, running tasks and projects, and hiring freelancers.
WebsiteGarden.com started more than ten years ago as a personal tool. Neal Walters was managing a large portfolio of websites and needed a better way to keep track of his domains. He began with a simple SQL database of domains, then started collecting statistics on each one. Over time a database wasn't enough. He needed a real platform.
In 2025, Neal hired a full-time developer to build it: a modern web application in Next.js on Vercel, backed by Python services and scheduled jobs that handle the monitoring and automation.
WebsiteGarden.com still does what it was first built to do, and much more:
When Pivotal Tracker, a popular Scrum-based project management tool, was shut down, we decided to build our own replacement right inside WebsiteGarden.com. That decision changed the platform.
Once tasks were at the center of the system, we could connect them to everything else:
Next, we added Paid Worker Tasks, along with the payment systems behind them, so you can hire freelancers directly through WebsiteGarden.com, much like Freelancer.com. Freelancers can also offer Services/Gigs, similar to Fiverr, that customers can buy.
Everything connects back to one idea: the Task.
Neal Walters has more than 40 years of experience in information technology. WebsiteGarden.com is a product of Amerisoft Inc., based in Irving, Texas, a suburb of Dallas. Our team includes talented developers in Poland and Ukraine.
